CANCELLATION POLICY
First time cancellation within a 24 hour period will be waived. Second offense within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 35% fee of the service booked. No call/no show will result in an automatic 35% fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late I may need to modify or reschedule your appointment due to schedule conflicts. Life happens! if there is an unexpected situation please reach out & I can do my best to accommodate you.
